* On the first visit you may be charged for a tip-holder and/or piston assembly if they were already damaged upon arrival.
Once in the Pipetman PdM program, if you return your pipette at least once per year, these parts will be free whenever future failure is predicted. A seal and o-ring are always free, including on the first visit.

Terms: Net 30 days. carriage charges are prepaid and added to invoice.
Prices: All prices exclude VAT at the prevailing rate and will be added to the invoice unless an exemption certificate is provided.
Shipping Method: Pipettes are returned by our elected carrier with charges prepaid and added to invoice unless we are advised otherwise.
Turnaround: Approximately 48 hours in Gilson Service Centre.
